Cookies

Cookies are small text strings that websites visited by users send to the user’s browser, where they are memorised for being reused by these websites during the same session or on subsequent visits by the user.

When browsing a website, the user can also receive on the browser cookies sent by other websites or Web servers (so-called “third-party cookies”).

Depending on their relative aims, cookies can be classified into technical cookies, first-party or third-party analytics cookies, and first-party or third-party profiling cookies.

Technical cookies, which include navigation and session cookies, are used to guarantee browsing and use of the website and the services requested by the user; they are not used for any other purpose and are normally installed directly by the website’s administrator (the user’s consent is not required); without these cookies, certain operations would not be possible, or would be more difficult and/or less secure to perform.

For its website OBDA Systems S.R.L. exclusively uses technical session cookies in order to allow and facilitate browsing; their use is necessary for the site’s operation and if the browser is not closed, they remain on the browser for twenty minutes.

In order to guarantee some advanced features, the website uses third party tools that in turn use third-party cookies. The acceptance of these cookies, and their installation, does not take place until the user has given his consent, either through scrolling the site or clicking in any point on the website.
